As a long time user of insure my trip this is only the second claim I have made, both claims were for trip interruption. The process was quick and fair. I wrongly assumed they only difference was the amount of coverage, this one only pays for what you spent and we were not reimbursed not the obvious extra costs involved in a trip interruption. I think insure my trip should do a better job of breakdown in there compare plans view because you are not comparing apples to apples.

We have never needed this before. This year we rented from private party who did not offer insurance. I was uneasy about that because you never know what might come up 2 or 3 months down the road. I found your website on line and felt price was good for what was included. We never needed to use it which is great but it gave us peace of mind that it was available. If we needed it we would definitely use again.

For what we required the plan was too expensive. we went to Florida for 12 days Had I gone to Europe for three weeks, at double the cost and needed coverage for terrorist attacks I would have paid the same price for my family in coverage as I did for the Florida trip. Rates need to be looked into. Our trip insurance through your company was too expensive.

Bought it to protect against losing trip if my elderly mother passed away. Didn't have to use it, thankfully. I appreciate the emails sent right before the trip to give me links to all of the info. Very helpful as I was packing and didn't have time to chase down all the info. myself.

Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to cancel a policy, we require the insured to send us an email requesting the cancellation. According to our records, we did not receive an email (nor a phone call) requesting cancellation of your policy. Additionally, if you were to have cancelled 3 days after the conclusion of our 14-day free-look window, a refund for your trip cost would only have been given for a covered reason as outlined by your description of coverage, assuming you cancelled the entirety of your trip and not just the insurance.
