Unfortunately, it was determined that the reason for the delay is not a covered Hazard. The Seven Corners Roundtrip Choice policy defines a Hazard as any delay of a Common Carrier (including Inclement Weather); any delay by a traffic accident en route to a departure, in which You or a Traveling Companion is not directly involved; any delay due to lost or stolen passports, travel documents or money, quarantine, hijacking, unannounced strike, natural disaster, civil commotion or riot; a closed roadway causing cessation of travel to the destination of the Trip (substantiated by the department
of transportation, state police, etc.).

My biggest issue is not having clear and concise information on what/who to contact in the case of sickness or emergency. I'm sure it's in the slew of information I receive when I buy it, but after purchasing, their seem to be just too many confirmation numbers, phone numbers, emails, etc. It would be nice to have that core information consolidated for clarity and so I don't have to sort through it all in the (usually hectic) days before my trip.

Plans are pretty useless if they don't cover pre-existing conditions. What's the point of having a policy that doesn't cover pre-existing conditions when something is more likely to come up with a pre-existing condition than a new condition or accident.
