I've used them more than once, but have never had to issue a claim, so I don't think my opinion means much. :D I'll be sure to let the whole world know if I ever have to use it. I do get peace of mind knowing I have health insurance abroad.

Plans are pretty useless if they don't cover pre-existing conditions. What's the point of having a policy that doesn't cover pre-existing conditions when something is more likely to come up with a pre-existing condition than a new condition or accident.

We were very pleased with help of your agents, however the Ins. Company Seven Corners emailed us the night before departure about a change in network providers effective during our trip overseas which negated all of our research and printed id cards. Furthermore the new info would not be available until we were already overseas. Instead of having peace of mind while on vacation, we got to learn who and where the new providers were and hunt down a printer for our new id cards and info. This caused some anxiety and apprehension. Not what we paid for. The untimely notification from the carrier was unacceptable, however the service provided by insuremytrip was fine.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. The Seven Corners Roundtrip Choice plan offers an optional Cancel For Any Reason benefit. Below are the requirements for acquiring the Cancel For Any Reason benefit:
1) You must purchase the policy within 10 days of making the initial trip payment.
2) You must insure the full pre-paid and non-refundable trip cost.
3) The trip must be canceled more than 2 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
If the insured cancels their trip for an event such as attending a childbirth, illness of a pet or friend, or political or civil unrest, the Seven Corners Roundtrip Choice plan's Cancel For Any Reason will reimburse 75% percent of the pre-paid and non-refundable trip cost.May 05,2015
