In all of our many years of traveling, we never had to cancel a trip. Because of my husband's recent acute illness, we had to cancel our trip at the last minute. We had envisioned many problems in filing a claim but, Seven Corners was really excellent.

Claim form was relatively easy to fill out, and the required documentation was readily available. Seven Corners notified me when they received the claim. The claim was paid in full in about 10 days. Good job, Seven Corners! Unfortunately, we did miss the vacation we were so looking forward to.

You have to be aware to purchase the policy early enough to obtain coverage for pre-existing conditions. The plan provided coverage that I needed, at a reasonable price compared to other plans.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. For the Seven Corners Roundtrip Choice plan, the Pre-Existing Conditions exclusion is waived if the traveler purchases the policy within ten days of the initial deposit, and insures the full cost of the trip.Feb 14,2015
