Easy to pick up and at a great price. Although we have never had to use the insurance when out of the United States, it is a great relief to know we are covered.

The plan was a bit confusing since it was a Caribbean Cruise and at first was written for an island we weren't visiting. It was difficult to get an answer as to why and then get it corrected.

Regretfully we had to cancel out trip to Paris based on the recent terrorist event. I spoke with 2 different representatives and got 2 different answers regarding my eligibility for reimbursement. We filed a claim and we were compensated 100% for the cost of our trip. We were promptly notified when they received our mailed documentation. Our claim was processed within 2 weeks of filing our claim.

Fortunately, I did not need to use the coverage but it was comforting to know that I had it. The purchase process was simple and I believe that I had the coverage that I needed.

The Seven Corners Roundtrip plan covered what we wanted. We did not have to file a claim. However, before the trip in a call to Seven Corners with a question, we encountered an impatient, abrasive customer service representative. Therefore, we will not use this company in the future.
