How good is Seven Corners? For me, it's excellent. While pressing the right buttons on the website and selecting a company and policy that fits you is important, filing a claim is what really counts. My wife and I are retired and take three to four big trips annually and always get insurance. In the summer of 2014, we planned a ten day trip to Maui, a Caribbean cruise for the fall and a month in Maui in Jan-Feb. We then lived everyone's nightmare. On Sept 18th of 2014, our 38 year old daughter, who is a single parent that lives near us, was diagnosed with breast cancer. We knew all trips were off and our role as a parent and grandparent was greatly expanded. I filled out the all the Seven Corners paperwork with the doctors statement, visa statement, airline statements and turned in the first claim. It's important when filing a claim to think of the person who will handle it for Seven Corners. Unfortunately, there are dishonest people out there who will try to commit insurance fraud. Thus I knew I needed to be complete. Within a few weeks I received a check for all of my losses. Not having to fight with an insurance company was great, I don't know if I would have had the energy.

Our trip was uninterrupted without the need to submit a claim. I cannot comment on how satisfied I was because I did not use any coverage or have the need to contact a representative.!

You buy insurance hoping not to use it. We did not make a claim therefore do not know about their responsiveness to a problem. Thought it was a little expensive (about 10% of our costs) and coverage included things we did not care about.

Very hard to judge since we had no claim. The coverage description was good and we felt fairly secure knowing we had the coverage but we didn't have to find out whether it was as good as we'd hoped or not.
