Claim process is easy online but then they just delay and ask for information when everything has already been submitted. Refuse to put an analyst on the phone. Terrible customer service!!

Last year I was delayed 12 hours by delayed flight departure , My plan payed for a missed day at hotel & extra transportation. Very easy and quick reimbursement.
I bought for medical coverage and was pleased I had this extra coverage. Not expensive.
I used again recently, but didn’t need any reimbursement. Definitely recommend & will always use on my trips:)

Our son's visa was not accepted on arrival at our connecting flight to our final destination (his name was misspelled- error by the vietnam government) and he was not able to get on the flight to our destination and had to fly back home. Unfortunately visa issues were not a covered benefit (we did not get "cancel for any reason"). I did not file a claim because when I called to do so I was told it was not a covered benefit.

Ended up paying over 6,000 due to changes in itinerary because nothing was covered, and I was lucky to have secured that.

Extremely expensive comparing premium to possible coverage. If regular insurance charged comparable amounts, no one could afford it. But unfortunately it is necessary for travel coverage. In short, premiums are relatively high compared with conventional non-travel insurance.

The plan we chose was easy to acquire and to get details/confirmation just days before our trip.
Unless a claim is levied against the insurance, one does not really know if it took care of what was needed. We would use the company again.
