Plan did deliver with incident that occurred, however, the documentation process was redundant and I ultimately was denied part of my claim due to a factor out of my control (airport self serve kiosk that was malfunctioning and could not provide a receipt.)

I filed both a medical claim and a flight upgrade claim (due to my injury). The flight upgrade was paid promptly. The medical claim took 2 months and multiple phone calls to resolve and get paid.

Best insurance for the price. Always buy medical insurance as Medicare doesn’t cover expenses outside the US.

As it turned out, this trip was cancelled again due to the Mexican government not allowing dive ships into the area. I contacted customer service, and after providing documentation, they are allowing me to use this policy for a future trip. (I have to book the trip by the end of the year.)
I thought it was very nice of them to allow that, since the trip had been cancelled and the dates moved once already. I would use this company in the future to insure my trips!

We had booked a pilgrimage to Israel. We had to wait until the pilgrimage company officially canceled. They sent us the paperwork necessary to file a claim with our insurance. Once I receive that paperwork I was able to submit the claim with Insure my trip, within a week of filing. I am so happy we purchased insurance.

Thankfully, we did not need the services, but grateful they were there because we chose to get our trip covered through you. If there was a yearly plan, though, as we will be traveling twice a year.

We really liked the value for the coverage. I needed to make a medical claim -- six different documents were required; not all of them obvious or easily accessible.
Customer service was pleasant and responsive to my questions and once I filed all the paperwork, the claim was processed promptly.
