The plan was sufficient for the coverage I was looking for. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled due to problems with the ship itself. Trip interrupted due to cruise line not any illness or problems on my part. Would recommend this company as a trip insurer and use them again for future travels.

I can only assume we would have been covered if we had a health condition that would have prevented us from taking the cruise.

Had to cancel our cruise. Virtually impossible to get a refund. So, wasted my money & even though I had spoken & written, I was still treated as if I were going on trip! Case in point=this evaluation!

Thank you for your review. Most plans provide a review period that allows you to review the policy to modify or cancel the plan for a premium refund. The review period can vary between 10-15 days, and the clause is located within your policy certificate. Once you are outside of the review period the insurance providers are unable to cancel the policy for a refund but you can request to transfer the policy to a future trip. My wife and I are seniors and like the medical safety net "Insuremytrip" offers. I did not have to use [C&F Travel Insured's Worldwide Trip Protector] on this international cruise, but will look again at the comparisons rates offered for future cruises.

I was most worried about flights with winter weather which is why I purchased the plan for piece of mind. I thought the cost was a bit high compared to the chat if my trip. Maybe next time I would talk with a rep to make sure I am getting the best deal possible.
