I purchased the plan in good faith thinking I will never have to use. Unfortunately my husband Deonarine Prasad fell and broke his leg. I could not get hold of anyone lines busy and long hold times so I gave up. We handled ourselves with medical in India paid out of pocket expenses. With assistance of the airline somewhat we are back home.

I believe in having travel insurance. I had to use it one time for an unexpected cancellation and it was great having reimbursement.
