Since we didn’t have to use it, I cannot answer some of the questions. It was great knowing we had coverage if needed. The cost was well worth it. Your customer service representative was very helpful when I called about getting coverage.

The purchase was simple, plenty of options and the price was better than what was offered by the travel company. I can't review how easy they are to deal with for a claim as all went well on our trip and we didn't need to go that route. I would definitely use Insuremytrip again.
