My husband hurt his back while on holidays and needed to see a doctor for it. Our claim was straightforward and for less than the cost of the policy we bought, but it took nearly 4 months and a LOT of phone calls to have it paid. I'd be nervous about how they would deal with a more serious incident if this was how ours was handled.

The website was easy to use to find a plan that fit my needs. No way to know complete satisfaction unless you file a claim. Glad I didn't have to file a claim.
