Had to cancel trip due to medical reason. The claim form asked a lot of questions that weren't really relevant to the situation but representative said they had to be answered anyway. Other than that, it was fine and claim was paid in full.

Fortunately I did not need to make a claim. However, it was comforting to know that I was covered through out my trip. This was an 'active vacation' out of the country, therefore doubly important to have complete coverage. Would never travel without Insure My Trip.
