I consider myself fortunate since I do not need to file a claim, which was my expectation. As most people, I applied for coverage just in case it was needed.
When I applied for coverage, I considered your rate fair, but later on I learned from another member in my group, that she had coverage for half the price I got from you. Yes, it hurt. Her agent also searched for the best rate, as you do, so I must admit that it leaves me wondering.

Thank you for your feedback. The iTravelInsured SE plan is a comprehensive travel insurance policy which provides a wide range of benefits. This plan offers a lengthy list of covered perils for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption, which protects the investment you have made in the trip, and also provides reimbursement for incidents which could occur after departure, such as lost and/or delayed luggage, travel delay, and emergency hospitalization and medical transportation up to the policy limits.
Premiums for comprehensive policies are based largely on the length of the trip, the ages of the travelers, and the cost of the trip. A travel insurance policy is considered to be of good value when the policy premium is 4-10% of the insured trip cost.

Apparently you did not need to file a claim. If you had needed coverage, your GeoBlue Voyager Choice plan would have provided a medical limit of 50,000 USD per person. Although you selected the lowest limit, you also had the following options available to you for an additional premium as shown in parenthesis:
100,000 USD (+ 2.64) (secondary)
500,000 USD (+7.26) (secondary)
1,000,000 USD (+7.92) (secondary)
Your Medical coverage was Secondary which will pay only after any other Primary collectible insurance has paid the claim and the Primary policies' limits have been exhausted.
Your GeoBlue Voyager plan also states that "Pre-existing conditions are covered under this plan as any other condition, subject to the terms and exclusions listed in the policy."
