Thankfully I did not need to use the insurance, but it gave me peace of mind knowing that I was covered.

M.H. Ross Advantage Bridge
Our tour operator required us to purchase a plan with $100K medical coverage. Having M.H. Ross as the primary payer was a welcome feature. Fortunately our trip was uneventful health-wise. We would use M.H. Ross again.

We never had a need to use the plan. However, we do think that our circumstances in obtaining the plan maybe of interest to you.

We did not get the plan because of our personal travel needs. Instead, we got it out of concern that our two offspring, which have special needs might require us to cancel or interrupt our trip. Thus, we think that because there a certainly other travelers that have similar issues as us you might consider increasing or modifying the plan(s) to increase awareness to other parents concerning this issue. By doing so it may help both you and others.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. You raise a very interesting point as to making people more aware of preeminent scenarios that some companies cover, that other companies may not. We advise that customers call when they have a particular concern they would like coverage for. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and always happy to help with any travel insurance inquiries.

I think that in the future we will purchase a plan that has emergency evacuation without a set limit.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We do offer evacuation memberships which cover up to an unlimited amount of medical evacuation. However, the emergency medical evacuation limit on this specific plan is $500,000, which would be more than enough coverage for an evacuation/repatriation from any country to the United States.

The best part of the plan for me was that I didn't have to use it. I did think it was a little bit pricey.

Thank you for providing feedback on your policy. Based on your trip information, this policy appeared to be the most cost effective. For comprehensive policies, premiums are calculated primarily on trip cost, length of travel, and ages of the travelers.

I do a lot of cycle touring. I had a bad accident in Mallorca Spain in 2006, The accident was due to being severly jet-lagged on the first day of the tour, and getting vertigo in a dark tunnel on the way to Cap Formentor. I was stuck in Mallorca for two weeks until friends on the tour could help me get back to the U.S. I have purchased evacuation insurance for each bike trip since that time. I returned to Mallorca for the first time this year, with no accidents, and I bested the tunnel! I have no way to evaluate the insurance purchased, as I have not needed to use it, put I hope it will be there if I need it. And it does provide a sense of security.

Travel Insured Worldwide Trip Protector Plus
The plan appears to be appropriate and the price is right and the website is easy to use. I have recommended it to a number of people. I did file a claim in 2013 because of needing a hip replacement and that claim was paid with no problem.

When we were forced to cancel our trip because of serious family illness, Travel Insured claims representatives were courteous, helpful and efficient. We would be very happy to recommend your services without reservation.

Luckily we did not need to use the insurance so it is hard to be accurate with the ratings. It made us more at ease that if we needed it we had some protectiion.

Seven Corners Roundtrip
Our situation was a good example of why you should buy tour insurance. We were two thirds of the way through a tour of the Mediterranean when we received word that my wife's sister had died. We immediately made arrangements to leave the ship when it arrived at Santorini Island. We flew from there to Athens, then from Athens to Rome, missing our flight to Madrid because our plane was delayed by a problem at the Rome Airport. The flight to Madrid the next morning was too late to catch our flight to the United States. We soon learned that the next United flight was two days later so we went to the airport hotel that we were originally to have stayed at. Arriving at home, we sent a letter to Seven Corners describing why we were submitting a claim. They sent a packet of information about what we needed to do. We ultimately sent a large packet of about 20 pages of evidence for our claim and eventually received payments covering: the missed portion of our cruise, the Alitalia Airlines transfer flights to Madrid, the fee for changing over our United Flights to the U.S., and the cost of room and meals for two days and nights spent in Madrid, a total of almost $4000. Was the process simple? No, but then our situation had a lot of complications. Was it quick? No, about two months passed between submitting the last paper and receiving payment, but we did get our losses covered satisfactorily in then end. So we will definitely use Seven Corners on our next trip.
