If you are a U.S. resident renting a rental property, then the Generali Global Assistance Vacation Rental Damage Plan may be a great fit for you. This plan provides coverage that can help protect you from additional expenses should accidental damage occur to your rental property during your trip.

The Vacation Rental Damage Plan provides a choice of three different coverage levels for accidental damage to the rental home in the amounts of $1,500, $3,000, and $5,000. Accidental damage to the rental home may include: broken lamps, windows and glass, damaged doors, electronics, stained bedding or linens, walls and furniture, lost keys and re-keying costs.

Should a traveler encounter an incident, all they need to do is simply report any damage that may have happened to the rental office and then contact Generali Global Assistance to file a claim.

I had to cancel my trip the morning we were set to depart due to COVID. I was unable to cancel my insurance coverage despite never taking the trip because you don't allow same day cancellations. This is stupid because check in time for our stay was 4pm. You assumed NO risk but kept all my money. Thanks for nothing.
