Seven Corners Roundtrip Choice
I contacted them once for assistance with making an appointment for urgent care in Africa and was exceedingly disappointed with the level of customer service and assistance I received. There are many plans out there that offer help when traveling, this is not one of them.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
I think for the price of the policy, there should be coverage for trip cancellation beyond just medical reasons.
