Traveled to an Eastern European country and 3rd party "insurance" was necessary. I used this as proof of insurance and had no issues. It covered the requirements to enter the country. Never used which is always positive!

Low price with no deductible more than satisfied requirements for my visa-free travel to Belarus and it was kind of nice to have this insurance for adjacent travel to Russia and Czech Republic, just it case.

Quick and easy way to get proof of medical insurance coverage plan when travelling into countries that requires them. It was also inexpensive with Seven Corners. I cannot comment upon or reiveiw the coverage plan itself as I didn't have to pursue any claim of it.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service. There is no indication that you filed a claim. We also tried to contact you for additional information so that we could offer assistance, but we did not hear from you.
Unfortunately, you are not eligible for a premium refund from AIG Travel Guard. When you first purchased this policy on 04/17/2017, AIG offered you the following:
"FIFTEEN DAY LOOK: You may cancel this insurance by giving
the Company or the agent written notice within the first to occur of
the following: (a) 15 days from the Effective Date of your
insurance; or (b) your Scheduled Departure Date. If you do this,
the Company will refund your premium paid provided no insured
has filed a claim under this Certificate."
Since you requested cancellation of the policy outside that 15 day review period, AIG will not refund your premium.Jun 03,2017 -
