Their reps are very helpful and courteous always offering a lot of options and explain the payment schedule so that the premium is paid in a timely manner. Thankfully, I have never had to file a claim.

Thankfully I did not need insurance. It is impossible to rate a product I did not use. However, I will say the site is easy to use, it's very easy to get human assistance, and prices are cheaper than what is offered by travel companies.
