Well, I didn't use my coverage, so can't give a rating for the claims service. But, I did feel better during my trip knowing I had some amount of coverage....I got the Lite plan.

Seven Corners Liaison Travel Basic
I bought this plan for my Trip to Cuba on 11/2016. It was really cheap with full coverage. Likely I didn't have to use it, so I don't know how the claims process goes, in case you would have to use it.
