We are 68 and 72 years go. At this age we know we should have some type of medical insurance when we go abroad. Although we did not have to use the insurance, It gave us peace of mind.

    You purchased this policy on November 11, 2017. AIG Travel Guard denied your premium refund because your policy cancellation request was received outside your 15 day review period:

    "FIFTEEN DAY LOOK: You may cancel this insurance by giving the Company or the agent written notice within the first to occur of the following: (a) 15 days from the Effective Date of your
    insurance; or (b) your Scheduled Departure Date. If you do this,
    the Company will refund your premium paid provided no insured has filed a claim under this Certificate."

    In the future, you can contact us at InsureMyTrip prior to your original departure date so we can help you transfer the policy to a new trip.
