I use InsureMyTrip because I need coverage for pre-existing conditions and they have plans that have it. That is the most important to me.

Tokio Marine HCC Medical Insurance Atlas International
HCC insurance did not allow you to send any documents or claims by email and you have to mail by courier. If you live outside of the United States you'll incur further costs.

    Dear Customer – I’m sorry to hear to you experienced issues. HCCMIS is able to accept claims via email to service@hccmis.com. In addition, claims can be submitted electronically via the Client Zone, HCCMIS’s online account management portal for customers.       This is not what I was told at the phone by your Customer representative. The only solution I was given was the ordinay mailing service. As a result I sent the docs by DHL courier which has delivered after 20 days, and hopefully HCC will accept now my claim. If I've known it before I'd better have used the online services.
