Terrible service. I'd like to request a formal refund for the entire amount of the travel insurance. I'll wait to see how you handle this before writing bad reviews about the service online.

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for a premium refund from AIG Travel Guard. When you first purchased this policy on 04/17/2017, AIG offered you the following:
"FIFTEEN DAY LOOK: You may cancel this insurance by giving
the Company or the agent written notice within the first to occur of
the following: (a) 15 days from the Effective Date of your
insurance; or (b) your Scheduled Departure Date. If you do this,
the Company will refund your premium paid provided no insured
has filed a claim under this Certificate."
Since you requested cancellation of the policy outside that 15 day review period, AIG will not refund your premium.
