Like most purchasers of travel insurance, we ran into no problems on our trip and so can't really say how well the policy protected us. In selecting this plan, I relied heavily on the reviews of people who did file a claim and had a satisfactory experience.

There was one occasion when it looked as if we would miss our connecting flight because our plane was delayed. Because we had booked it ourselves on a different airline we would not be helped or directed in any way if we missed the connection. There was a very strong comfort in knowing that if we missed the flight we were insured for that. Well worth the investment.

Thankfully, I have not needed to test out how well your coverage and service works. Hope I never have to file a claim but I am glad to have the coverage at a more reasonable price than the travel agent/cruise line offers me. This is my second or third time to use your company.
