Writing a review when you do not have to make a claim is worthless. I bought the policy because it provided the coverage I wanted at a comparatively reasonable price. What is really important is how difficult it is to make a claim and how efficiently the company processes it. Fortunately we did not have to make a claim so I cannot comment on the most important aspect of the coverage and company.

Specifically looking for a plan which provided PRIMARY (not secondary) medical coverage outside the U.S. Easy to purchase and the price was attractive given the coverage, trip location, length, and our ages. InsureMyTrip sent helpful e-mails, including one just before departing which had a summary of all relevant information, including how to contact them if I needed assistance. I did not have to file any claims, so I cannot comment on that.

A comprehensive plan was required for the trip we were taking to subantarctic islands off the coast of New Zealand. The plan we purchased contained all of the necessary elements for our trip and was cheaper than equivalent plans. That is the operational definition of a good deal.
