Easy to apply for, best price. After purchasing the Nationwide policy, I noticed that my credit card has trip cancellation and interruption. Worth checking your credit card benefits before purchasing an additional policy.

Like most travel insurance policies, you need to be a lawyer to read the thing. I'm happy I didn't have to use it to see if I would have been reimbursed. Prior to buying this policy I did a lot of research online, and this plan was the most cost/benefit effective.

Signing up was fast and easy. When I called with a question, a knowledgeable and friendly customer service representative answered right away, and provided the information I needed. It was also easy to add addiotnal trip cost onto the policy when we added a side trip to our plans. This policy provided some much needed peace of mind for a trip of a lifetime.

I didn't have to file a claim, so my feedback could change based on that. Overall, my interaction with the company was done online. I also emailed the general address to ask that my policy be mailed to me, which they did. I thought the plan was reasonably priced for the coverage I wanted compared with others.

We contacted Insure Assist when we arrived home to tell them my Canon 60D camera had been stolen in Sydney, Australia. They provided information for us to file a claim. We had filed a claim with our regular home owner's insurance. When they paid us a partial payment, we submitted this information along with our documentation to Insure Assist. We filed the claim 11/24/14 and were notified they would make payment on 12/10/14. Received the check about a week after that on 12/19/14. Very pleased with this company. Have used them in the past for travel insurance and will continue to use them as the need arises. Very, very pleased with their handling of the claim and their personnel.
