I was disappointed as I was unable to speak to anyone who could help me when I tried to make a claim. I had to wait 48 hours and call the USA.

Thank you for your feedback. Claims departments typically have normal business hours. There is a 24-hour emergency assistance line you could have dialed if this was an emergency.Feb 05,2014

The service you provided was great. I would call you again. The reason they are not 5 stars is because one would always like a better plan at a better rate. The rate we obtained was great compared to everyone else.

I didn't need to file a claim but the peace of mind knowing that I was covered for loss of luggage, emergency medical evacuation, trip delays, etc really made me feel at ease and no worries. I'll definitely use InsureAssist Travel the next time I go on foreign travel adventures.

I think it is really hard to rate satisfaction for a service such as Insurance unless you are unfortunate enough to have to use it.
I have purchased my Travel Insurance with Travel Guard on more than one occasion and they seem to be very effective with the sign on process and what they offer at a comparable market price.
