Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
We did not need to file a claim, so not able to comment on the process. Policy did provide us peace of mind for a trip that was relatively expensive with a lot of travel variables. Would consider using them again.

The Plan was OK but would not recommend AXA. We filed a claim and it took over 4 months to complete. This is much too long. The Claims Adjuster misinterpreted a particular piece of information and we had to file additional info (which we did). This delayed the whole process. Also, since we also filed a flight claim, AXA said there were issues because we could potentially utilize the flight credit up to a year's time. However, we finally worked this out but it took a lot of my time. Also, on at least 2 occasions, I had faxed or e-mailed information to AXA but in follow-up they said they never received. This whole process entailed a lot of time on my part.

As we age, we are finding that trip insurance is getting far too expensive. The plan we had provided the basic protections that we wanted at a cost we could afford. Thankfully, we did not need to make a claim, so we have no comments about how the company responded to a claim. We like being able to do business over the internet. The company has been responsive but not intrusive in the email that it sends.

Got sick on the cruise wanted to see the ships doctor but was afraid to use the policy to do this as I didn't wish to pay up front and hope that I would get paid back. I had a cold and the usuall remidies were not relieving my aches and pains and stop my caugh. Didn't think a cold would be covered.

Our Claim was handled promptly and efficiently. This was the first time we have had to file a travel insurance claim. We would definitely use C&F Travel Insurance again.

Plan provided much better coverage at a superior price to what was offered through my Travel Agent. All questions about the plan, it purchase and its coverage were promptly handled when InsureandGo was contacted by phone. When claims were filed upon completion of the trip, the documentation requested was reasonable and a very understandable process was in place to complete the filing on line. Within 48 hours of filing the claims I was notified they were in process and one claim was authorized to be paid within 7 days after the claim was filed. The second claim was just over two weeks but that delay was caused by my inability to get documentation from one of my travel vendors. Overall. this was a great company to do business with on the first opportunity I have had to cover an extensive and expensive overseas trip with travel insurance.
