Even thought I did not make any claims my attempts to contact your company to find out how to utilize the doctor on the ship were painful at best. Your phone numbers did not work and when I finally got through it was 30 minutes of Spanish Inquisition just to get another number to call. does not really make me enthusiastic about doing this again.

Hard to evaluate something like insurance that thankfully was not used. It was a necessary cost since we have elderly parents who might have had a health issue requiring us to cancel our trip or return early. Would hope these policies could be less expensive.
