After conferring with some representatives to clarify a couple of questions I gathered the required documents and submitted the claim entirely online. we received our full reimbursement check without issue within 10 days. I wouldn't hesitate to use Travelex again

Because your company wasnt open at the time we were delayed I could not have my questions answered. We needed a hotel and paid for it with our credit card points. You then said you could not reimburse me for that. The cost of the room doesnt change because of how i paid for it. You couldnt answer my question and your insurance was worthless to me because of that. Will not use again.

The insurance is meant to cover your out of pocket expenses. When using points to pay for expenses, the only expense you may be out of pocket is the fees and taxes that may be applicable.
