I was especially happy with the insurance because I didn't have to use it! I fractured my knee a couple of months before my cycling trip & it was iffy whether I would be ready for a cycling trip. I did call and report the problem & found your staff person to be sympathetic & encouraging since I hoped to make the trip. As it turned out, i healed well & was able to prepare for the trip.

I could only recommend the plan based on the fair price paid. Being that I was fortunate enough not to have the need to file a claim I cannot comment on any further issues. I will say the description of benefits was well described in the plan and can only hope that the company provides what it claims without any fine print issues, which normally negate claims afterwards.

It is very difficult to comment on service since I did not claim and therefore had no interaction with the staff. The coverage seemed reasonable but whether the personell would have been just as accomodating remains to be seen.
