In these pandemic times, it is imperative to carry a good travel insurance policy before venturing out in the world. This Nationwide policy fit the bill for my first cruise in two years. I use insuremytrip.com for every cruise or land vacation and have been pleased with the policies offered as well as with the few claims I have had to submit.

I canceled the trip due to a positive covid test. Called to file a claim, was told it must be done online. The form would not open to file. Called and emailed customer service. The response was not helpful. I did file a claim, then felt with Celebrity to rebook another cruise. I canceled the claim with you. Never received a response.horrible service
