I found it easy to review and compare the plans on the site. I bought this plan mainly because we wanted good medical insurance while traveling in Asia -- we are no longer comfortable that our U.S. health care policies will cover us outside the U.S. Hard to assess the coverage because we did not (fortunately) need to use it.

Because of the New York blizzard, we were in danger of having our flight home delayed. When I checked the details of the plan, I saw that I was only given $100 per day for trip delay. That would've been inadequate for my extra hotel night. therefore I feel that the plan was inadequate. I'm just lucky that the flight went home on time, or I would've been out a great deal of money.

Good afternoon. I did not have any problems during this trip so I will be brief. I would like to see a plan where once a claim was not submitted 10-20% of the premium can be refunded. Otherwise, the value is just not really there. The ship did not allow my daughter to participate in the Teen Center because she turned 18 on December 10, 2015 and the teen center was for children 13-17. Also, if my child has intellectual disability but she is high functioning she should have been allowed to have fun and make friends in their room for 13-17 year olds. I spoke to 7 employees on this ship and still the answer was I'm sorry Ms. Quartey, that is the policy. Meanwhile their no smoking policy was being broken every night in the Casino. Go figure.

Had wallet with passport stolen in Java; claim filed when home for lost expenses of pre-paid trip, travel to replace passport including airfare, hotel, meals. limit on per day so able to recoup only a portion. That said, very happy with the customer service representatives I spoke with each time. Would definitely use again, but tweak my coverage now that I have had to use it.
