Once the claim got to the right organization, it was processed quickly and promptly. But the email address on insuremytrip.com for submitting a claim was wrong. After several months sitting with no action, the claim was denied (they didn't have the right policy documents), and then they decided it should have been sent to a different claims processor. Once it got there, everything proceeded smoothly.
