Did not realize until after signing up that many items covered were also covered by our credit cards and so, bought unnecessary coverage. We are wiser now. Very costly in my opinion, but took comfort in knowing we were covered.

This was a claim that was a little over $10,000 because I broke my ankle ten days before our French Polynesia cruise. I mailed the claim form with the documentation on 1/27/16 and had the claim payment checks in hand on 2/11/16 (one for me and one for my wife). They even paid our half of the private transfers (airport-port-airport) that we had scheduled with another couple that we could not cancel (because the other couple still needed the transfers). EXCELLENT SERVICE!
