The REAL review of trip insurance coverage is the experience you have when you really need it. When you use it. How hard was it to reach someone at the company? Were they helpful or did they make you jump through hoops at a very vulnerable time of need? Did they cover the issues you experienced or drag you through a long ordeal to respond or pay? Fortunately, once again I did Not have a claim so my review would be meaningless as to my satisfaction. At this point I can only say it was a pleasant experience to deal with the agent who signed me up for the insurance and my credit card was readily charged, no problem with that. It's not possible to answer "How satisfied were you with this plan?" Or "Did the plan provide good coverage for the important items and events you wanted covered?" Well, I hope it would have if I had needed to place a claim, I have no way of knowing otherwise. I think you should ONLY send reviews for people who had a claim because otherwise my input cannot possibly reflect any satisfaction. So when I answered above that I would recommend it to a friend or relative, and pressed Yes it's just because the coverage as far as I could tell without using it appeared to be recommendable.
