Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
Cost of plan was good. We only opted for medical but in the future will expand for full trip coverage. Fortunately we did not need to execute the plan and use the coverage. Customer service was very good and explained all the options.

We do want you and your fellow customers to be aware that InsureMyTrip offers a Customer Advocate Program. Customer Advocates are representatives assigned to assist customers who experience issues after filing a claim. Requesting a Customer Advocate is as simple as calling 800-487-4722 or emailing [email protected], explaining the events which resulted in a claim, and the challenges you are facing.
John Hancock claims department issued Evan's check on April 14, 2017, so he should shortly be receiving payment. Please keep in mind that John Hancock asks claimants to allow up to 30 days after they receive the paperwork for them to review and settle the claim.
THIS SURVEY IS SORT OF UNFAIR AS THE TRUE TEST OF A PLAN IS WHEN YOU USE IT AND THANKFULLY WE HAD A SAFE UNEVENTFUL TRIP SO DIDN'T NEED IT. HAVING SAID THAT I FELT SECURE IT COVERED WHAT WE'D NEED HAD SOMETHING HAPPENED, IT WAS FAIRLY PRICED, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A GOOD HELP IN ADVANCE OF TRIP. i WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE
