The representative wasn't very helpful with information when we called. We overpaid for the insurance because all we could have used is the required medical portion. We were not eligible for the travel insurance because we didn't purchase it within the necessary window.

"Thank you for purchasing a Trawick International plan. Your original policy was purchased in January 2021. The second policy was purchased in May 2021. There was a rate adjustment on the plan you purchased. The new rates are still under $6 per day an extremely competitive as this plan includes $250,000 of Primary Medical Coverage, $1,000,000 of Evacuation Coverage, $2,000 of delay coverage for additional expenses should you become quarantined while traveling, and more. The first policy that was purchased was underpriced for these benefits."
