It took several months to get my claim resolved. They finally did pay for the requested Deposit of $337.50, but the hoops we had to jump through to get that small amount was not a pleasant experience. I had to either be on the phone or copying paperwork that took up a lot of my work-time. I finally had to get Trip Mate, who I originally bought it through, to be the middle-man that prompted the refund.

Flights were cancelled due to bad weather. Called CSA and was given all of the information I needed to file a claim for our plan. Agent was very friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase alternate travel arrangements at the airport and still make our cruise departure in time. We were reimbursed in a reasonable time frame after the trip and the claims process was smooth. We have been a regular customer of CSA and made a couple claims over the years. Based on this experience and past experiences, we will continue to be a customer for a long time.
