I didn't have to use the plan so it's hard to comment on their customer service, if procedures would have been covered etc. It seems no provider get good reviews when it comes down to actually filing a claim.

Thanks to Go Blue we could enjoy our two week cruise with ten different ports knowing that if anything were to happen we would have someone to turn to. I can not imagine being out of country touring and not having adequate health coverage.

Fortunately did not need to use the policy, but it provided the coverage we wanted at a very reasonable price. Plan comparison, purchasing, and pre-travel info were fast and convenient.

For a medical plan it provided piece of mind coverage. We did not put it to the test with a claim thank goodness. We would definitely check this plan out again when we need additional medical coverage.
