I didn't have to use the plan so it's hard to comment on their customer service, if procedures would have been covered etc. It seems no provider get good reviews when it comes down to actually filing a claim.

Thanks to Go Blue we could enjoy our two week cruise with ten different ports knowing that if anything were to happen we would have someone to turn to. I can not imagine being out of country touring and not having adequate health coverage.

Fortunately did not need to use the policy, but it provided the coverage we wanted at a very reasonable price. Plan comparison, purchasing, and pre-travel info were fast and convenient.

For a medical plan it provided piece of mind coverage. We did not put it to the test with a claim thank goodness. We would definitely check this plan out again when we need additional medical coverage.

Was fantastic in terms of email correspondence, coverage, info provided, easy to buy and total cost (11 bucks only!!). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has to travel abroad and especially those who need to show trip coverage for their visa applications.
Denmark for example has the stupid requirement that your health insurance coverage explicitly state the amount covered is atleast $40000. Now if my policy states 'Unlimited', one would assume that's more than 40grand. But the bureaucrats at Copenhagen want to see only 40grand - since in their way of thinking a billionaire could obviously have millions in a single bank account to cover any unforseen medical expense but not have 40grand on his health policy. Inexplicable!
I bought this as a travel insurance proof of coverage for these exact bureaucrats and was pleasantly surprised with how good their coverage and explanations were. Absolute recommend.
