Short term medical. This plan (and others) says that it cannot be purchased when the buyer is in Washington State, therefore we had to wait until we'd started our vacation and left the state to actually purchase the plan, which is pretty inconvenient. Otherwise seemed fine.

Thank you for your comment on purchasing medical plans within Washington State. It is important to note that insurance policy terms and conditions are governed by state law. Washington has imposed specific guidelines that limit the purchase of travel insurance within the state. However, as you indicated, you can purchase that same plan while outside the state of Washington.Sep 07,2016

Thank you very much for your comments.
Since you purchased your plan on 8/2/2016 for a trip scheduled to depart on 8/4/2016, there would not have been enough time to mail your ID cards. However, you would have received by email within 15 minutes of purchasing the policy enough information to contact the 24 hour emergency assistance center.Aug 10,2016

I did not use the plan however I did use the app to see what providers were available for a severe tooth ache/infection. They were not listed in the app and I was to call or email o get that info. I choose email and it was more then 24 hours until I received a reply with a short list of providers.
