How well the claims process goes is the acid test test of any insurance. So it is difficult to rate how satisfied we were with this plan given that we (fortunately) had no need to make a claim. Nevertheless, it gave us peace of mind on our trip at a very reasonable cost. i would definitely go with AIG again.
