We are pleased with the coverage and price point. Thankfully we did not have to make a claim, despite 25 days in rough territory in India. Our policy will still be ongoing in November when we travel in Africa. The premium for the year is definitely less than it would be if we insured both trips separately.

Fortunately, I did not need to use the Medical Insurance coverage when I was in Bangalore, India. It was still reassuring to know that I had coverage. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the coverage but I felt it was a needed safeguard whether I used it or not. The enrollment process was easy and the cost was reasonable.

This protection is actually purchased by his mother to give us both peace of mind while he is traveling outside the coverage of college program in Israel. He traveled with debate team to various competition events the last couple of years and at first I didn't realize his coverage from school was only while within the country's borders. I'm thankful there is an affordable program to protect him while traveling to so many other countries. Luckily we have had no problems to report. I have also told others about this company and definitely recommend it. The only addition I should make is flight cancellation protection but I can never seem to get the information about his trips enough in advance. Luckily I can even get the dates.

Hard to assess since I never actually filed a claim and that is when you really find out about the policy. However it was easy to purchase I literally did this on my smartphone. Easy confirmation and e mail notification. Very efficient process.
