Thank you for letting us know that you never received your renewal notice from HCC Medical Insurance. The company does automatically send emails notifying their Insureds of their upcoming expirations. HCC did confirm that the notice was sent to your email used to purchase the policy. Unfortunately the notice must have been misdirected to a spam or junk mail folder.
