    Thank you for your comments. Although most Comprehensive plans include Trip Cancellation coverage, your trip must be canceled for a covered reason as listed in your policy. Each claim is reviewed by an adjuster and adjudicated based on policy wording. AIG Travel Guard will have a member of the Claims team follow up with you to explain and discuss the reason for denial.

Did not use this insurance at all. So no idea what it's like to make a claim. Seemed like the kind if coverage I wanted....
