Getting the coverage was very easy and at a great price. Have never had to file a claim so cannot rate how the coverage actually works or how easy or difficult it is to get a claim paid or what kind of actual support is provided.

This is the 3rd policy I've purchased. I've filed one claim and my experience was great! The customer service rep emailed the required forms, I returned the form, my bill and my ship documents via email and was reimbursed within 10 days. I've recommended InsureMyTrip to all of my friends.

Hard to give much feedback when we didn't have a claim to see how the coverage worked. In theory it was what we wanted but you never know with insurance until you have a claim if you were really purchasing what you thought you were.
