The person I spoke with was extremely helpful matching a policy to my specific needs. Although the true measure of satisfaction would be the handling of a claim, I feel comfortable this would have been taken care of as well

Luckily, we did not need to file a claim. I think it was way too expensive for what we needed. I felt pressured to make a decision quickly since our window for pre-existing conditions was closing. Next time, I'll try harder to get something that fits our needs more closely and is more reasonably priced.

We fortunately did not have any problems along the way, we enjoyed the trip, too bad you couldn't insure us for bad weather as it rained all but 2.5 days of this 3 week trip. Al kidding aside, all went well.

a passenger on the cruise ship experienced a brain hemmorage. A military helicopter came to the rescue and took her and her husband to a hospital many miles away. I hope they had insurance.
