We always use this company for our overseas or cruise trips. Easy to use - choosing a plan is easy. And they have exactly what we need. We have never had to use it, thank goodness. But knowing we have it is comforting.

Hard to evaluate when no claim is filed. But the peace of mind is certainly tremendously important. Hope I keep buying and not using coverage(meaning I am traveling often and healthy).

The plan was fine, but I didn't need to rely on it. I did this plan to cover two trips combined into one as it was more reasonable financially and coverage-wise than taking insurance from two separate entities and because I booked my own air reservations.I trust it would have provided coverage if I had any problems.
