Since I did not have a claim, my satisfaction cannot be judged by this coverage. It is when I have a claim and I would be covered that satisfaction would be experienced. Now I see I must answer the "satisfaction" portion of the survey in order to submit the survey. I am not dissatisfied. This questions is misleading.

I skied in Breil Cervinia, It. A friend of mine had brain hematoma (either from an accident or from taking baby aspirin) and was transported to a hospital nearby.What I would like is an evacuation plan that transports one to a higher quality hospital and then to a hospital in the US. Where do I get such a plan?

My husband got a promotion at work and as a result he could not take the vacation time as planned. We did get a refund for the majority of the trip from the airline. And AIG was very quick to process our claim for the balance. We're very satisfied.

It is difficult to rate a plan when no claim was necessary. But on paper, everything looked great and it was affordable. We are thankful that we did not need to use the plan and grateful that we had it in place just in case.
